Role Summary
Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, providing the best experience for our customers, brand partners, and colleagues. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational processes.
You will be motivated to problem solve and take ownership for driving results in a fast-moving space, working with multiple stakeholder groups. You have great analytical and communication skills, and experience working on Oracle Netsuite.
Key Accountabilities of the Role
* Monitor automated order processing flow, from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfilment, and adherence to customer requirements.
* Investigate and resolve root cause of any issues.
* Application of interim, manual solutions where necessary to ensure continuity of service.
* Process daily order approvals (exchanges, fraudulent, missing information).
* Inventory Management:
* Investigate stock level discrepancies and support with ad-hoc system reconciliation.
* Ad-hoc processing of manual inventory adjustments to facilitate order processing.
* Escalate substantial discrepancies to Operations Manager and 3PL warehouse.
* Stock Transfers:
* Raise transfer orders as requested by team (e.g. for popup locations and marketing photoshoots).
* Arrange collections of consolidated returns from other Distribution Centres (DCs).
* Investigate inbound receipt discrepancies and manage ad-hoc reconciliation where necessary.
* Monitor inbound reporting and escalate issues to Buying & Merchandising team.
* Customer Service:
* Engage in day-to-day communication with customer service team on observed risks to customer order fulfilment, and provide ad-hoc support to resolve specific customer issues.
* Project Support:
* Ad-hoc support of ongoing operational enhancements and projects.
Key Skills and Experience
* Experience using Oracle Netsuite required.
* Experience using RITHUM CommerceHub and Shopify are a plus.
* Good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to challenge, influence, and inform stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to utilise data to make informed decisions.
* Time & expectation management – ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
* Experience working in fast-paced ecommerce environments desirable.
