Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a permanent position located in our city centre office at 10 Sunnyside, Edinburgh, EH7 5RA. You'll enjoy a work week of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. The salary is £23,500pa.
What the job involves for a Property Relationship Manager:
* Managing day-to-day maintenance requests.
* Delivering a high standard of customer service for all customers and ensuring proactive management of incoming queries.
* Understanding Landlord and Tenant responsibilities when managing requests to clarify customer obligations.
* Managing telephone and email requests from Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
* Logging and managing maintenance issues effectively.
* Taking responsibility for outstanding tickets and managing these in a timely manner.
* Resolving conflicts using strong negotiation skills.
* Working with contractors to ensure timely and quality work.
* Ensuring safety certifications are up to date and arranging renewals in a timely manner for compliance.
* Collaborating with senior coordinators and team leaders to achieve KPIs and escalating issues when appropriate.

* Previous property experience is desired but not essential; full training will be provided along with ongoing coaching.
* Great verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
* Ability to delegate.

* Strong communication/negotiation skills and competency in resolving conflict and disputes.
* Confidence in relaying information.
* Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Good IT skills including MS Office Suite.
