Job Description:
Due to increased demand, our supply chain solutions client is looking to appoint a Fleet Reporting Administrator for their Southern Leicestershire branch, working 8am to 4pm.
As Fleet Reporting Administrator, on a typical day you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining detailed administrative and information systems. You will be required to provide central support to Senior Management, Regional Transport Managers, transport hubs and external customers; this is key in helping to deliver the operational service across the network.
1. Updating databases and internal systems
2. Produce daily performance reports, management reports and assist with the production of Key Performance Indicators
3. Distribute communications across the network
4. Liaise with Suppliers to ensure requirements are met
5. Follow up and feedback to line manager on Supplier performance
6. Producing and maintaining spreadsheets
7. Identifying and supporting process change - including document reviews
8. Supporting the day-to-day Transport Administration desk activities
This role is very much customer focused, so excellent communication skills are vital.
