The Kelly Group are looking for an experienced Telecoms Auditor to join our team, ensuring compliance and quality standards across the Gigaclear fibre network project. This role involves auditing field engineers on Health & Safety (H&S), installation quality, and adherence to correct procedures for both overhead (OH) and underground (UG) telecom installations.
As an Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting site assessments, providing detailed reports, and ensuring that all work aligns with industry best practices. You will also be expected to meet weekly audit targets and efficiently upload reports to the company system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive audits on engineers to assess H&S compliance, installation quality, and adherence to correct processes.
2. Ensure all fibre network installations (OH & UG) meet industry and company standards.
3. Identify areas of non-compliance and provide corrective action recommendations.
4. Maintain detailed records and upload reports to the company system in a timely manner.
5. Work closely with field teams and management to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Telecoms Auditor, with a strong background in fibre network installations.
2. Extensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices for OH & UG installations.
3. Ability to work independently while meeting audit targets.
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data entry.
