Practitioner Psychologist role available with Outcomes First Group, supporting clinical service development and working closely with Clinical Locality Lead to deliver neurodiversity and intersectionality affirming therapeutic support.
We are seeking a Practitioner Psychologist with demonstrable leadership skills to join our Clinical Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils, contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice.
The role involves holding a caseload alongside other clinicians, with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable Clinical Team. You will be responsible for managing your own workload, making decisions, and contributing to the development of the clinical provision.

Essential Criteria:
* Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
* Registered with the HCPC and own professional body
* Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
* Experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
* Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically
* Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
* Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively
* Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
* Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults
* Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required
* Skills in the management of data are also important as the role includes collecting and analysing data to inform various pieces of service delivery, development and project work
