Solicitor role - specialising in WillsPart-time, hybrid role (3 days in the Woodstock office, 2 days a week from home)

Our client, a well-established Oxfordshire law firm, is looking for a qualified solicitor to work in their Wills department.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, friendly environment with flexible working arrangements, allowing for school-friendly hours if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting wills, codicils and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)
Advising clients on estate planning and inheritance tax considerations
Taking client instructions and ensuring legal requirements are met
Managing a varied caseload with efficiency and accuracy
Liaising with clients, executors and other professionals
Keeping up to date with changes in private client law and best practices
Requirements:
3-5 years PQE Solicitor
Proven experience in will writing
STEP qualified (or willing to work towards qualification)
In-depth knowledge of private client law, including wills and LPAs
Excellent client communication and drafting skills
Strong ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Professional, discreet, and client-focused approach to all work
