Operations Manager
1. Who am I doing this role for?
* Our health club members
* Our guests visiting for a day spa experience
* Our staff team across all departments
2. What does it look like if my role is done well?
* We achieve high levels of member & spa guest satisfaction by scoring above 75% NPS ratings every month
* The Club is safe and clean at all times and that health and safety records are up to date
* Head of Departments are supported to deliver the core values of the business and achieve their targets
* All staff training is up to date through direct delivery and co-ordination of other trainers
* All staff feel supported, motivated and able to deliver our service standards
* Riverhills achieves its budget and EBITDA financial targets
* Operating costs are managed according to targets, efficiency and business needs especially in payroll, maintenance, marketing and consumables
3. What are my main tasks?
* To provide great customer service throughout the Riverhills club for members & spa guests - offering a warm and welcoming experience where all users will want to return and repeat their visit
* To assist with implementing and overseeing an effective, daily cleaning programme
* To work a variety of shifts in accordance with the business needs – including weekends & evenings
* To be accountable for all aspects of the health club operation and to work closely with, and provide support to, the Spa, Gym, Hair, F&B & Retention Managers in the operation of the wider Riverhills facility
* To drive the Riverhills team to consistently achieve financial targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* To lead & coach Riverhills staff with a key focus on relevant department performance and overall service excellence

5. Who do I look after?
* You are responsible for all members and guests using the facility and all team members working at Riverhills Health Club & Spa
6. What will equip me to do this role?
* Training will be provided to support you – you will be involved in creating your own Training Needs Analysis and Training Plan to achieve your objectives - you will need to be (or become) Pool Plant Operator and Lifeguard qualified
* Action plans and objectives will be agreed with the General Manager, ensuring you know the outcomes that are to be delivered
* Mentoring and support from the on-site team and the central support team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Experience:
* Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
* Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
* Management: 1 year (preferred)
