Key Responsibilities:
* Create a positive, motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high standards.
* Build strong relationships with the local community, positioning the venue as a go-to destination
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the venue’s success, including menu development, service enhancements, and operational improvements.
* Provide detailed reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendationsfor ongoing success.
You will need:
* Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to handle the pressures of a new opening, including managing unforeseen challenges
