We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented New Business SIPP Administrator to join our growing team in Edinburgh.
Job Description:
As a New Business SIPP Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of new SIPP applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of client service. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing New Applications: Accurately process new SIPP applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
2. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our database, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and correctly filed.
4. Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to current regulatory and company standards.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
6. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to new business applications.
Qualifications:
7. Education: A-levels or equivalent; a degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
8. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, particularly with SIPPs, is highly desirable.
9. Skills:
10. Strong organisational and time management skills.
11. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
12. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
