Employment Advisor Salary: £31,000 per annum Location: Barnet Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact ? As a Restart Advisor, you will play a transformational role in coaching and empowering individuals. You will be helping participants unlock their potential and guiding them toward sustainable employment, from career coaching to personal development, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way. What you’ll be doing: Collaborating with participants through diagnostic assessments to identify barriers and create action plans that shift mindsets and identify the steps needed to secure meaningful employment. Meeting and exceeding performance targets by continuously improving strategies and seeking input to deliver the best outcomes for participants and the wider community Understanding and signposting participants to internal and external services that address needs such as debt management, mental health, and career coaching Ensuring that participants have well-crafted, professional CVs, tailored supporting statements, and cover letters to help support with job searches Preparing participants for interviews by conducting mock interviews and assessment activities, and helping them build confidence in their abilities.
