We are seeking an experienced candidate who can manage the company warehouse and the company purchases, as well as managing the facilities within the factory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing the warehouse to ensure the correct and organised storage of all stock.
2. Unloading of deliveries and loading vehicles for delivery.
3. Operation of Forklift trucks.
4. Responsible for company purchases, including raising of purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers.
5. Matching invoices to GRN's and PO's.
6. Assisting with the general facility management of the factory including arranging subcontractors for works.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
2. High attention to detail and good organisational skills.
3. Driving licence and comfortable driving a van (preferable).
4. Good IT skills.
5. Good knowledge of Warehouse Management and strong Admin skills.
6. Experience of purchasing and managing supplier relationships.
This position is Monday to Friday with some flexibility on hours.
