Reporting to a senior team member, the appointee will play a key role in embedding compliance within operational teams. This will involve:
Horizon scanning to identify regulatory changes affecting pensions and financial services.
Assessing and implementing internal processes to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
Providing guidance to operational teams, ensuring they understand and apply compliance requirements.
Identifying knowledge gaps within the business and supporting training initiatives.
Leading the implementation of regulatory changes, working closely with stakeholders.
