Staff Nurse (Centre for Clinical Infection)

The post holder will be expected to develop knowledge and skills within the specialty and will assist in the management and organisation of nursing work in the department within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
The postholder will deliver OPAT and Biologic clinics. The service runs Monday to Sunday including bank holidays.
It will be expected that the post holder will support BBV clinics within the department.
The post holder will supervise the working of health care assistants and support workers and support the training and assessment of student nurses. They will demonstrate the Trust Values and Behaviours for nursing and midwifery staff at all times.
Main Duties of the Job
The prime focus of this role includes:
* Line insertion
* Delivering IVAB
* Supporting BBV clinics by:
o Seeing patients
o Planning and/or implementing patient care

* Degree or Diploma in Nursing

Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 per annum (pro rata)
