What You'll Do:
Be the key support for our Operations Director and Operations Manager, handling diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency. Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action points to ensure flawless execution and follow-up. Collaborate across teams to manage event planning and drive engagement with publicans, suppliers, and the wider business. Support compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and assisting with reports and projects. Contribute to improving ways of working, ensuring seamless communication and operational excellence.
What You Bring:
Outstanding organizational skills: You can juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure. Proactive attitude: You're a team player who takes ownership and delivers results. Attention to detail: Clear communication and accuracy are second nature to you. Tech-savvy: Confident in MS Office, including Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups) and Outlook for diary management.
