As a Capital Programme Manager at Insight Executive Group, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of the 5-Year Capital Programme for Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The role is based on-site at John Radcliffe Hospital, with travel to other hospital sites. You will be responsible for:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the 5-Year Capital Programme, ensuring alignment with the Trust's strategic objectives.
* Governance and Oversight: Manage governance arrangements to uphold standards and achieve program goals.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Forge productive relationships within the Trust and with external stakeholders to facilitate effective capital project delivery.
* Risk and Project Management: Implement robust project and risk management tools to successfully deliver significant projects.
Essential Qualifications:
* Professional Accreditation: Chartered Construction Professional (RICS, RIBA, CEng, ARB, or similar).
* Education: Degree or Diploma aligned with key construction and contract management competencies.
* Experience: Proven track record in project planning and programming across varied projects. Must have substantial experience in senior project manager line management, including recruitment, goal setting, appraisals, and professional development.
