Job Description
Our client is a leading regional law firm in the Midlands, renowned for delivering high-quality legal services to private clients. With multiple offices across the region, the firm is committed to providing personalised, expert legal advice to meet the diverse needs of its clients. Due to the retirement of the current incumbent, our client is seeking a new Head of Private Client Partner to lead and mentor its private client team, ensuring continued success and growth within the division.
The Head of Private Client Partner will be a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the firm's private client services across multiple offices. This position is not a fee-earning solicitor role but will focus on mentoring, developing, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional client service while achieving business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to shape the strategic direction of the private client division, ensuring consistency and excellence across the firm's offices.
In addition to strong leadership and technical expertise, the ideal candidate will be well-connected with key private wealth regulatory bodies and organisations, ensuring the firm's private client team remains at the forefront of legal and regulatory developments in the sector.
