Your Role:
As the Sales Support Assistant, you will be the vital link for the on-the-road sales personnel, enabling them to maximise their time with customers. Your role will be crucial in driving sales growth in your designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow-Up Work & Messages : Ensure timely communication and follow-up on leads to enhance customer relationships.
* Reports & Planning Tasks : Prepare sales reports and assist in strategic planning to optimise sales performance.
* Route Planning & Appointment Making : Organise travel routes and set appointments for the sales team to ensure efficient operations.
* Proactive Telephone Sales Work : Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach to generate leads and schedule meetings.
* Quotes & Progress Reports : Prepare quotes and track progress, providing necessary updates to the sales team and clients.
* Other Duties as Required : Assist with additional tasks that contribute to overall sales success.
