You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring smooth progression from instruction through to completion. The Role: As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a variety of residential property matters. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling a full caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Managing files from initial instruction through to exchange and completion, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every stage. Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, maintaining a high standard of client care. Liaising effectively with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth property transactions. Conducting property searches, reviewing contracts, and ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met. Proactively identifying and resolving any potential issues to mitigate risks and prevent delays. Managing financial aspects, including invoicing and ensuring correct distribution of funds upon completion. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a seamless client experience. What We’re Looking For: A qualified Conveyancing Solicitor (1 years PQE), Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive, or an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with the ability to manage their own caseload. Proven experience handling a range of residential conveyancing transactions independently. Strong technical knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines effectively. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal documentation and compliance checks. IT proficiency, including experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
