Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and building strong customer relationships
2. Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals
4. Prospect for new business and develop a deep understanding of customer needs
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
7. Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional approach at all times
Key Requirements:
8. Proven experience in business development and account management
9. Previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry (or a similar sector) is essential
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
11. Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
12. Goal-driven, resilient, and able to work proactively with a strong attention to detail
13. Full and clean UK Driver’s Licence
14. Professional demeanour and a customer-focused attitude
