Job summary PCN Manager Affinity PCN Affinity Primary Care Network (PCN) is a collaboration of two well-established and successful GP practices in the North and West Bristol locality: Westbury on Trym Primary Care Centre and Fallodon Way Medical Centre. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PCN Manager to join our team and drive our network forward. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a management role within the newly re-energized Affinity PCN. With recent changes, we are rethinking how we operate as a two-practice network, enabling us to respond swiftly to evolving PCN requirements and enhance patient care. The successful candidate will work closely with the Affinity Clinical Directors, GPs, Practice Managers, and stakeholders within the Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Integrated Care System.
