* Over 25 with full Driving Licence essential (no more than 6 penalty points)
* Company vehicle with equipment provided.
As a Mobile Periodic Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo in y ou will be travelling to various sites in the Blackburn & Lancashire area. You'll supervise multiple sites and their cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment. What you’ll do:
* Primarily floor cleaning. Cleaning of carpets and hard floors at clients sites.
* Lifting floor cleaning machines in and out of vehicles when necessary
* Ensure completion of all requested/contracted tasks and motivate your team to effectively ensure these are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
* Completing floor cleaning and other deep cleaning tasks at locations in Lancashire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, North Wales, Cheshire, Shropshire and West Midlands
* You’ll be provided a company vehicle along with a fuel card to visit different sites and assist your team to carry out a list of scheduled cleaning tasks.
* In this role, you'll be given a lot of responsibility to ensure yours and you're teams tasks are carried out within the timescales given.
* Use your own initiative in reviewing the impact that your team are having on you're site, as your leadership should pave the way of successful feedback from the client.
* Oversee the ordering of stock and consumables such as toilet tissue, cleaning products and appliances. Also ensuring that a record of this is kept for compliance.
* Be a champion of health and safety practices - spot a near miss? Report it to keep your colleagues safe!
* Ensure regular safety walks are completed, to pick up any hazards.
* Frequent feedback sessions with your team, to ensure they are confident and happy in their roles.
* What you bring:
o Over 25 with full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
o Physically fit, as heavy lifting is required
o Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, as well as some team leading experience.
o Excellent customer service and communication skills
o Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
o Be a team player and take instruction
