We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Fencing Site Supervisor to join our team. Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and removal of fencing systems across Rail, Road, and other Infrastructure projects. Your role may also extend to civils work, arboriculture, landscape, and ecology projects. Your leadership and expertise will be key in exceeding our clients' expectations while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Survey sites and assess project scope in collaboration with the Contract Manager.
2. Oversee fencing operations and supervise on-site teams.
3. Prepare and review safety-critical documentation.
4. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and site reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Proven experience in construction site supervision, with a focus on fencing operations.
2. Essential Rail Competencies: PTS, PIC/COSS.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Knowledge of construction safety guidelines and best practices.
5. Relevant certifications (CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS).
