Job Description
* Implement and support project management standards and frameworks.
* Provide quality assurance and control during the project life cycle.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans.
* Monitor and report weekly on project status and performance.
* Co-ordinate and manage project meetings and communications.
* Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PMO Analyst should have:
* A degree in a related field such as Business or Project Management.
* 3+ years of proven experience in a PMO or project management role.
* Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and language.
* Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
