An opportunity has arisen for an Operations Administrator at our Altens Base. This role is responsible for supporting the daily operational needs of the business, ensuring a high standard of service delivery in accordance with customer or company requirements.
Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
1. General office activities including administration tasks
2. Assisting the team with the processing of materials
3. Purchase ordering
4. Activity tracking
5. Performance reporting
The successful candidate must be competent using Microsoft Office packages. ERP system experience would be beneficial, although on the job training will be provided. The candidate must have good customer service skills and excellent attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is motivated, adaptable, and flexible in a fast moving and exciting environment.
