Temporary Part Time Finance Assistant
Start date: ASAP
End date: End of march
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm (Monday to Wednesday - fully office based)
Salary: £14 - £15 per hour
Location: Edinburgh City Centre
We are looking for a detail oriented Finance Assistant to support our clients finance department on a temporary part-time basis. Candidates MUST HAVE previous Xero experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Uploading financial documents
Reconciling transactions
Managing various other tasks related to Xero
Processing payroll & handling banking operations
Various office administration tasksWhat You Bring:
A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
Previous experience in financial assistance/ administration is a must
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
