Chef de Partie – £28k – Award Winning Hotel – Saltash Area
This award-winning venue has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie within its established kitchen team.

A successful Chef de Partie will ideally have:
Strong, quality kitchen experience at AA Rosette level.
Clear passion for the industry and food.
Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.
Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
Ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
Dedicated and excellent team player.
Monitor and lead other demi chef or commis chef within the brigade.
