Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to join our delivery team and drive end-to-end product delivery and software integrations with banks and financial institutions. This senior role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of cloud and on-prem deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Technology, Product, and Sales. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise and hands-on technical proficiency in software integration, financial services infrastructure, cloud/hybrid environments, They should excel at managing stakeholder expectations and driving execution in complex, regulated environments. Experience with blockchain networks is a plus, along with familiarity with financial messaging protocols such as FIX and SWIF. Key Responsibilities Delivery & Project Management Own the technical delivery projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Technical Delivery & Integration Lead end-to-end software integration projects with banks, payment providers, and financial institutions (FIs) Worked with deployment across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises environments Define and implement best practices for secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant integrations Drive the integration of blockchain networks, the Ownera Router technology and financial messaging protocols (FIX, SWIFT, etc.) into existing financial infrastructure Troubleshoot functional or technical issues experienced and reported by customers Manage and support the various onboarding tasks performed by customers and partners, for example to review, guide, and support customers in integration troubleshooting and conducting certification testing Help in release management events, which includes customer specific sanity tests, breaking changes assessments, and the verbal and written notification of release content to customers. The scope of analysis includes both visual GUI testing and assessing of a technical API using manual or scripted capabilities for the assessment Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration Act as a key liaison between Technology, Product, and Sales, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution Collaborate with banking/FI partners, internal engineering teams, and third-party vendors to drive integration success Partner with compliance and security teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations and industry standards Work with blockchain and financial network providers to optimize data flow, connectivity, and interoperability Help to implement best practices and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and team performance Work with various internal teams to continuously improve observability and supportability capabilities of the company platform Key Requirements A highly motivated, technical and detail-oriented support engineer, able to work autonomously with minimal direction, passionate about learning new things and taking on new challenges 8 years of experience leading complex software integration projects in banking and financial services Proven expertise in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises deployments. Strong background in API integrations, cloud architecture and DevOps Deep understanding of banking standards and security protocols Experience managing relationships with banks, FIs, fintechs, and regulatory bodies. Knowledge of blockchain networks and financial messaging protocols (e.g., FIX, SWIFT ) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs Proven track record of driving execution, ensuring projects are delivered at scale with impact Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Experience with supporting a mixed operational model which includes SAS/managed services vs. on-prem model for B2B mid-sized to large global client organizations Support infrastructure using Linux/Kubernetes based implementations, with basic understanding of devops concepts a must Understanding how to support a distributed infrastructure that involves complex technical workflows that are accessible and initiated via varying and numerous API calls, and that connect to client/vendor heterogenous technologies Experience in various manual testing of API (e.g., Postman) and troubleshooting analysis tools (Grafana) A plus: Be able to write scripts in languages such as nodejs, python, etc. is an advantage Understanding the world of bitcoin, blockchains, and financial trading platforms a big plus Why Join Us?
