Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
Create and develop HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support on all Employee Relations issues.
Maintain accurate records of employment and personnel data, ensuring compliance with equal opportunities and legislative reporting.
Produce HR KPIs, management reports, and documentation on absence, disciplinary actions, learning and development, resourcing statistics, remuneration, and recruitment.
Assist in developing robust succession planning and personal development plans.
Support management with training and coaching to control absenteeism and staff turnover.
Work closely with operational managers to proactively address employee relations trends and concerns.
