How You'll Make An Impact Entire responsibility for Project orders with a broader technology input. May co-ordinate several projects (up to €15m). Co-ordinates activities of internal departments to progress Project orders. Responsible for technical administration of projects and collaborate with the customer. Monitors technical aspects of projects and exercises control over schedules. Responsible for the assigned projects from sales handover to customer handover. Encouraged to resolve project problems which can be referred upwards when necessary. Have commercial responsibility, co-ordinate the company’s principle sub-suppliers and provides meaningful information for contract variations. You will be responsible for Projects – PM Siemens category C-Small and will be expected to co-ordinate a portfolio of contracts of this type. Be the Customer contact for own project portfolio. Co-ordinates activities of internal departments to progress projects under their control. Responsible for handling the Project execution of new & Energy Service unit business contracts. Monitors technical and commercial aspects of projects and exercises control over schedules. Responsible for the assigned projects from sales handover to End of Warranty and Final Acceptance. Responsible for on time delivery. Stakeholder Management Opening project budget. Responsible for margin development. Expected to manage and resolve project issues as they arise, and escalate as necessary. Have the necessary awareness to resolve legal and commercial matters of a simple nature. Co-ordinate and collaborate closely with commodity suppliers, to lead the smooth running of the contract to ensure delivery on time to the right quality whilst being within budget. Exercise a policy of surveillance throughout the contract life to minimise risk and maximise opportunity. (Risk & Opportunity Management). In addition and to assist in career progression they may be required to act as a nominated Project Manager on projects up to and including PMSiemens category B.
