Our market leading client based in South Wales are looking for an experienced programme Manager who can help them implement a new cutting edge, cloud based omni-channel contact centre. This will be coming in at the early stages of the project and involve RFI / RFP activities, implementation and business readiness.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong skills, experience and knowledge around:
* Cloud based contact centre solutions / Contact Centre As A Service
* End to end Programme management of a large scale technical implementation
* RFI / RFP activities
* Expert in managing multiple virtual teams and third party vendors
Hybrid working - 2 days on site in South Wales
6 months initial contract - 2 year programme of work
