We are seeking a Data, Information, and Technical Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting our operations and enhancing our technical infrastructure. Based in Gateshead, you’ll work at the heart of our organisation, ensuring our systems run smoothly, data flows seamlessly, and all service have access to the insights and tools they need to succeed
As our Data, Information, and Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in:
* Enhancing Understanding: Analysing and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making.
* Optimising Services: Adding value across departments by managing data and content across multiple platforms and devices.
* Compliance Management: Contributing to operational risk and compliance by ensuring adherence to regulatory, legal, and ethical frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
* A good basic standard of education with at least a HNC/HND (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management
* Experience in data analysis, interrogation, and reporting.
* Strong proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI).
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
