HRIS - Project Manager - Cornerstone - Inside IR35 - onsite 2 days a week - 6 weeks initially.
My client requires an HRIS Project Manager to take responsibility for leading the successful implementation of Cornerstone HR system across their European regions.
The successful candidate will have -
* Ability and proven experience in leading system projects, ideally HR.
* Experience of Cornerstone.
* Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, retail sector
* Ability to influence and build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders.
In this role you will -
* Manages overall project timeline, budget, and scope, organizing and leading project teams to work collaboratively.
* Coordinate the planning of all workstreams within the project, ensuring plans are realistic, aligned across Workstreams, and will meet the project objectives.
* Coordinate and facilitate/lead project team meetings with both implementation partner and client project teams, including agenda preparation, documentation of meeting discussion, and follow up items.
* Manages ongoing project communication across all stakeholders, ensuring business sponsor & Steering Committee is fully aligned.
* Manage business requirements to support the implementation including coordinating business user storyboards with the IT project team to support requirements sign off/acceptance.
* Manages project risks and performs risk management analysis to identify and reduce workstreams risks, escalating where necessary.
* Manages the change request process ensuring scope and design changes are controlled and approved as appropriate, escalating where necessary.
* Maintain project documentation for full transparency and alignment across the project teams, as well as for future reference and audit requirements.
