We have a longstanding reputation for providing quality care and support to children with additional needs from its purpose built facility located within Walsall. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will be ambitious for young people’s development and have a clear focus on your role in nurturing and supporting children's true potential. You will work directly with children and young people in meeting all of their care needs during their short break stays and you will be required to develop, build and maintain excellent relationships with not only children and young people but also parents, carers and the wider professional network. The Bluebells service operates from Thursday afternoon through to Monday afternoon. Residential care staff are required to undertake a range of shifts covering mornings, daytime and evenings. Bluebells operates during school holidays and Public Bank Holidays. (Overnight sleep in duties are also required on occasions).
