Opportunity: Credit Controller
Contract: Permanent
Location: Lisburn
Hours: Monday – Friday. Hybrid working available.
The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our Finance team in Lisburn, due to growth within the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in credit control to take on a new challenge and contribute to the success of our company.
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing debtor accounts, chasing outstanding invoices, and providing exceptional customer service.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and finance colleagues, to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing debtor accounts, ensuring timely payment and maintaining accurate records.
• Chasing outstanding invoices, negotiating payments, and resolving any issues or disputes.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
• Analyzing financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and other documentation as required.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
