Are you looking for a new and exciting Quality Assurance role?
We're recruiting for a Quality Manager with the skills and flexibility to deliver high quality support to outcomes-based contracting on a 12-month secondment. This is a full time role based at the Slade Site in Oxford, with flexible and remote working options.
You'll work closely with our Programme Manager, Head of Service Development, Commissioners and third sector partners to plan and deliver the improvements.
You'll need effective communication skills to work across the system and facilitate progress with key stakeholders to improve patient care and the ability to work flexibly across our services in community health, mental health as well as corporate services.
We are looking for someone who has experience of leading service improvement and change, project management and delivery. If you have the ability to challenge and influence others and enjoy being able to implement effective and sustainable change, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
1. Directly support the Voluntary sector providers delivering the requirements of the agreed contract.
2. Develop a quality assurance framework for the partnership which incorporates the input of practitioners, people with lived experience and both quantitative and qualitative information.
3. Develop internal systems and monitoring which ensure that mental health commissioning through the voluntary sector responds appropriately to and learns effectively from a range of information sources including complaints, patient safety incidents and patients' experience of health care across the commissioned providers.
4. Oversee the day-to-day management of the quality monitoring processes for adult mental health services within agreed standard operating procedures.
5. Attend and participate in each of the provider contract meetings and Contract Review Meetings (CRMs).
6. Be an integral member of the Partnership Management Groups, Quality and Safety meetings, and other meetings as appropriate.
