Head of Sales & Events, Gloucestershire, £55k - £70k + Bonus
We are working with a luxury venue in Gloucestershire who host an array of events from spectacular weddings, conferences with a difference to wellness retreats. We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Events to join the team, responsible for creating the strategy, coming up with creative ideas and promotions to market the venue and drive awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the sales and events strategy
* Revenue generation through direct sales, partnerships, and online channels
* Identify and engage new market segments for growth
* Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and nurtured
* Collaborate with luxury brands to enhance market presence and drive awareness
* Proactively reaching out to new potential clients
* Assisting with delivery of marketing campaign
Skills and Experience:
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
* Customer relationship management
* A creative and strategic thinker
* Experience working with high profile brands and clients
