An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to take the lead in a new branch. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with a strong background in estate agency and business development, eager to enhance branch performance, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Growth: Actively generate new business opportunities, conduct property valuations, and secure instructions to enhance market share. Valuation & New Instructions: Conduct accurate property valuations, win new business, and implement strategies to optimize property sales and lettings. Client & Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants, offering expert advice and support. Operational & Compliance Management: Ensure smooth branch operations in line with industry regulations and company policies. Marketing & Brand Representation: Promote services through networking, canvassing, and marketing initiatives. Experience Required: Proven experience in estate agency, ideally in a senior role. Strong property valuation and appraisal skills with a record of securing new business. Excellent leadership and people management abilities. Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
