Job Description Responsible for choosing, supporting, and implementing enterprise software solutions. Work with College constituents to improve business processes using software solutions Installation, configuration, and administration of enterprise software solutions Lead rollout of enterprise applications to College departments and constituents Able to read, absorb, and apply technical documentation. Effectively utilize technical training Develop technical and end user documentation Train individuals and groups Ability to create metrics Experience with Hyland Onbase Document Imaging and workflow, Collegenet Live25 Calendar Scheduling, Fourwinds Signage, and Webstudy LMS preferred. All other duties as directed. Minimum Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent work experience Five years plus experience in a high complex Information Technology setting Experience with enterprise software packages both in implementation and administration Experience with various databases such as MS SQL and MySQL Experience with reporting technology and tools Familiar with integration of software applications and databases Project Management skills used for successful implementations that meet tight deadlines Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized with a focus on customer service Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ability to juggle various tasks Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
