The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on a Part Time basis for an outsourced service client with offices in Milton Keynes.
The Role
As Finance Manager you will take responsibility for the day to day finance department for a Group business based in Milton Keynes - this will include team management, core finance and commercial reporting into the Group with regards to performance of the business unit. Day to day duties will consist of:
1. Management of all financial transactions and oversight of processes.
2. Management accounts
3. Performance reporting
4. Cashflow management
5. Staff supervision
6. Analysis of business performance
7. Recommendations for business performance improvement
Your Profile
You will ideally be a Qualified Accountant with all round financial and management accounting skills and the ability to understand commercial/financial performance of a business. You will be required to report into the Group business and therefore the ability to work across multiple stakeholders will be required. The role requires an individual on a Part Time basis although a Full Time candidate may also be considered.

Salary and Benefits
Role of Finance Manager in Milton Keynes is working on a Hybrid basis - 1 day a week in the office and ideally over 20-25 hours and offers a salary of £50-60K FTE.
