An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Annesley, Nottinghamshire area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
As a Nurse, your key responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality care in acute wards, low and medium secure wards, with patients suffering from Personality Disorders and Enduring Mental Illness; and acute episodes of illness.
* Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement.
* Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice.
* Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress.
* Mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team.
* Promoting professional development within the team.
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
* Desire and motivation to work within a PICU Service.
* If you are motivated, flexible and ready to take on a new challenge.
* Willingness to work as part of an established hospital, with a collaborative and supportive MDT, that provides a clear pathway for the patients in our care.
* Focus on patient-centred care.
* Commitment to developing and delivering high-quality care.
* Possess, or be ready to develop effective decision-making skills.
