Resident Host / Customer Service Advisor
Newcastle upon Tyne
Up to c.£25k per annum
Working Hours - 37.5 per week - Monday – Friday: Shifts between 8am -6pm + very occasional weekends throughout the year
Synced are currently supporting a client operating in the Residential Living sector to recruit a Resident Services Associate in a residential setting for a seriously impressive PBSA building in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Job titles can often be different so to clarify, your current job title may be…Customer Services Advisor,Community Associate, Resident Associate/Host, Resident Services Advisor, Front of House,Receptionist to name a few!
Whatever job title you have doesn't matter, what matters are the following personality traits:

You will need to be…
Warm & friendly, approachable, professional and have an incredible, never ending passion for
customer service/journey…
In addition, any experience in the 'living/accommodation' sector - PBSA, BTR, CoLiving, Coworking, hospitality is fully transferable.
Outline duties and responsibilities:
● Customer service & Customer journey
● Resident care, engagement and satisfaction
● Social media channels for the building
● Sales & Marketing duties e.g. site tours, events, membership, leasing and renewals
administration
● Building administration - tenancy, lease documentation, contractor liaison
● Coordination of maintenance requests
● Plus much more!
