The Company. Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a large support services business on the appointment of an Administrator to join them on a temporary basis. The Opportunity. This opportunity is will be to support within the finance department and will be to provide general administration support, including managing all incoming and outgoing post. You will take responsibility on management of all vehicle fuel cards, including preparing reports, ordering replacements, and managing any queries. You will monitor general inboxes and manage all queries or forward on accordingly. You will prepare any documents and spreadsheets and input general finance information onto their inhouse systems. What you need to succeed. To succeed in this role, you will have previous administration experience and be highly IT literate, especially with using MS Excel and MS Office. You will be able to commit to a temporary role for a minimum 3 month basis and be willing to work part time around 20 hours a week.
