A leading UK law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join the firms Insolvency department. You will be working within a busy enviroment, providing general administration support to the team on a full time basis.
You will be required to have previous administration experience from either a legal or professional services background.

The role is full time office based.
Duties include
* File and case management administration including file opening, closures, and archiving
* Scanning and uploading new instructions
* Processing of proxies, post receipt and delivery and proofs
* Administering payments
* Accounts and invoicing administration
* Arranging meetings and client events
* Regular telephone and email contact with external clients
* Scanning and copying bundles and key court documents
* Obtaining client ID and assisting in the preparation of Letters of Engagement
