If so, this may be the ideal opportunity for you Our client has an immediate requirement for a Tyre Training Coordinator to be based in the London/South/M25 or close surrounding areas, Surrey, Basingstoke, Aldershot. The successful Tyre Training Coordinator will provide tyre training to new and existing employees. Please note you will need to be flexible as you will be travelling to multiple sites in the south and will be expected to stay away from home when required. Candidates must have experience of working in the commercial tyre industry. Tyre Training Coordinator Responsibilities: Train new and current tyre technicians in all aspects of tyre husbandry - fitment/removal of wheel assemblies, stripping and fitting of tyres, re-grooving, minor repairing and correct tyre inspection practice. Conduct regular tyre depot audits and health & safety assessments. Audit documentation and assist in processing queries in the region. Provide cover to depots in the absence of tyre technicians. Tyre Training Coordinator Requirements: Commercial tyre fitting experience at a senior level is essential. Ability to mentor and train new starters and existing technicians. Flexible working style and willing to work away from home. Good IT skills. Ability to prioritise work and be effective under pressure. Hold a valid driving licence. Tyre Training Coordinator Benefits: Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Monday - Friday 37.5 hours.
