IT Helpdesk - £35K - Leeds
Our client is a leading Education Technology (EdTech) and software company, based in central Leeds, with flexible, hybrid, working.
You’ll join their central IT Ops team and have the chance to provide first-class Helpdesk and IT support.
You’ll be involved in user onboarding and inductions, mobile device management (MDM), evolving processes and best practices and the administration of their IT estate - Google Workspace, Jumpcloud, ESET, Windows PCs and Macs etc.
You’ll need excellent communication skills, a strong sense of customer focus and be able to work with both technical and nontechnical end users.
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of G Suite / Google Workplace
* Solid understanding of Windows and Mac OS
* Solid IT support experience
* Any knowledge of IAM and Information Security would be ideal
* Experience of 1st line / helpdesk support and ticket management
