DUTIES -
1. Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer demand.
2. Ensure all baked goods are prepared to the highest quality standards.
3. Follow established recipes and formulas accurately.
4. Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter, following recipes.
5. Monitor baking process to identify any deviations from quality standards.
6. Inspect products for quality and consistency.
7. Ensure all baking equipment and tools are cleaned and maintained regularly.
8. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
EXPERIENCE -
9. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes.
10. Food production experience requried.
11. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
12. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
13. Good communication and teamwork skills.
HEALTH AND SAFEFY -
14. Ability to stand for extended periods.
15. Ability to lift heavy bags of flour, sugar, and other baking ingredients.
16. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
