This is what we need you for
1. Process and manage customer orders, returns, and credits with accuracy and efficiency.
2. Review and validate sales data, tax information, and promotional details to ensure compliance and accuracy.
3. Oversee the setup and management of items and accounts across various sales platforms.
4. Monitor daily order statuses, addressing issues such as delays, out-of-stock items, and missing information.
5. Resolve chargebacks and compliance issues by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
6. Conduct regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, shortages, and compliance metrics.
7. Process monthly credits, co-op agreements, and account adjustments as needed.
8. Ensure all products meet shipping and packaging requirements, including specialized certifications.
9. Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Assist with cross-functional tasks and support team members as needed to achieve business goals.

1. Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and SAP.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Experience managing accounts on sales platforms and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
5. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
7. Prior experience in a B2B environment, especially in the toy and game industry, or with large customer portals (Amazon, Target, Walmart) is a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, in accordance with state regulations. We offer comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off.
