Are you someone who thrives in the Insurance Industry?
We’re on the hunt for a talented Client Director who is responsible for their own delivery of book growth, retention and cross sells. Delivery of the client service proposition within the respective branch/region as well as working with other Client Directors driving consistency across the region as a whole.
What are the main responsibilities of a Client Director?
* Budgeted Renewal Retention Rates (own book)
* Budgeted Cross Sales (Own book)
* New Business
* Account Directing on Large Cases – working with the Commercial Director and Branch Director
* QA Results – ensuring the mentees jobholder is assisting adhere to QA process, working with the compliance team also to ensure improved results
* Develop processes and a strategy to help aid and support a quality client journey alongside the corporate proposition. Shaping of the proposition and delivery into local branch and other Client Directors where appropriate
* Coaching of junior Account Executives
What experience does a Client Director need?
* Demonstrable experience within insurance and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry specifically placement and insurer relationships
* Proven track record of improving business performance, income and within a regulated environment
* A robust understanding of business processes and performance levers
* Strong manager, with a commercial focus and financial awareness, e.g. understanding of the external market, company performance, market intelligence, business drivers, etc
* Risk management frameworks in a regulatory environment
* Experience of managing client relationships
* Ability to coach, mentor and guide others
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with teams and stakeholders across the business at all levels
* Relationship and stakeholder management skills across the wide-ranging colleague levels including senior management
* Resilience and the ability to deal with conflict in a positive way
