Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Help clients with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and grocery shopping.
Administer medication and monitor health conditions as per care plans.
Support clients with transportation needs to appointments or social activities.
Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to appropriate staff members.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement client care plans.
Requirements
Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred.
Caring and compassionate attitude towards individuals in need of support.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A certificate in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is desirable.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £14.40
