About the Role:
My client, an esteemed luxury house builder, is looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager to lead exciting new projects in Q1 2025. With an excellent reputation in the industry, the company is experiencing rapid growth, driven by a strong influx of newly secured projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the quality of work carried out on-site, ensuring it meets the company's standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular updates on project status, including any potential delays or issues.
Monitor the performance of subcontractors and ensure that work is completed to the required standards.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, conducting regular risk assessments and safety audits.
Coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring all work is carried out according to the project schedule
Person Specification:
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid Certification
5+ Years of Site Management experience
Tier 1/ 2 Main Contracting experience
